Job Schedule: Hybrid 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home | Ability to travel <10%

Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Law, Engineering, International Business or related field.

Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Sr. Specialist Risk and Compliance to join our team in Ags or CDMX.

A Day in the Life:   

  • Support governance, risk, compliance, and internal control activities across GBS operations

  • Assist in implementing and improving control frameworks and standard processes

  • Identify, assess, and track risks, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up

  • Monitor compliance with internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate control reviews, audits, and compliance assessments

  • Prepare reports and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to track mitigation plans and ensure accountability

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance controls and operational efficiency

Who We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Law, Engineering, International Business or a related field

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and internal control principles

  • Ability to analyze data, risks, and action plans with strong attention to detail

  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

  • Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Work Location: Ability to perform work onsite at CDMX or Ags.

  • Travel: Not specified

Desired:

  • Experience working in shared services, GBS, SSC, or multinational environments

  • Exposure to cross-functional, matrixed, or global business settings

  • Knowledge of reporting tools and process management systems

  • Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or risk assessments in complex organizations
