Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Software Principal Product Owner, validate reference architectures, provide technical product SME leadership
2. Communicate with customers, technical questions/concerns
3. Work with sales and Solution Architects to visit customers and understand technical requirements
4. Collaborate with development team to drive end-user stories
5. This position will require travel; periodically visit with customers and attend trade shows
6. - Coordinate SCC development recourse, Prioritize tasks, Gitlab/Project board issue and task management, Product release management, Software features specification writing(Form 299), Customer issues management.
7. Cross collaborates among all Business Units within Supermicro
8. Work closely with Software Product Engineer, scoping, discovery, schedule
9. Collaboration with system lab validation teams
10. Collaboration with PM Head of Cloud Management Solutions
11. Collaboration with Senior Software PM of Cloud AI Software
12. Collaboration with GM of Cloud AI Software

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or master’s degree in CE/CS/EE or equivalent with at least 10 years hands-on experience in data center/server related fields.
2. Strong working knowledge of Project Management. (PMP certification would be plus).
3. Strong working knowledge of Redfish API.
4. Strong working server knowledge of BMC or BIOS related would be plus.
5. Working knowledge of Scrum and Large-Scale Scrum framework would be plus.
6. Working knowledge of Scrum Master would be plus.
7. In-depth knowledge of disaggregated Infrastructure constructs.
8. Strong knowledge of BaaS, MaaS IaaS.
9. Deep understanding of day 1 and day 2 Data Center operations.
10. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must, able to communicate effectively with customers or related stakeholders to do the requirements interview, answer questions, and receive feedback.
11. Working knowledge of Container technology (Kubernetes/Docker), Cloud/AI knowledge would be a strong asset.
12. Understanding of Angular, C, C++, JSON and Python and other coding experience would be an asset.
