Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling service products in Jiangsu territory, developing and executing sales plans to hit sales targets.
  • Collaborate with field service engineers and customer service team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Visit existing clients regularly, follow up expiring service agreements and drive renewals.
  • Assist in daily maintenance of key accounts to sustain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collect market updates and competitor information,and submit regular reports to sales manager for sales strategy optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Pharmaceutical, Food Science or related disciplines.

  • Familiar with basic analytical instrument knowledge (AA, ICP, ICP-MS, UV, IR, TEA, LCMS, GCMS)

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant industry experience

  • Available for regular business trips

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
