We are looking to hire a Tech Lead to work closely with the core team and execute product features and roadmap. 

The incumbent will be required to lead and manage a small team of developers as we continue to grow. We are looking for a highly motivated and thoughtful person who has built products to scale that cater to millions of users. 

Responsibilities:

- Manage, mentor and lead the tech team 

- Responsible for research, design, development and deployment of the product on all platforms 

- Inculcate best software engineering practices, standards of code and help the team deal with complexity and ambiguity

- 4+ years of experience in building products that scale 

- Experience with RESTful applications.

- Speaks Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, AngularJS.

- Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and computer science fundamentals

- Bonus points if you have worked in a startup
