Note:- this is shift based role and its mandatory to work in evening shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Validate ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
- Maintain test documentation and provide detailed reports on test results and issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices in ServiceNow testing.
- Use automated testing tools (e.g., ATF – Automated Test Framework) where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in testing ServiceNow applications.
- Must be willing to work in shifts
- Strong understanding of ITSM or other ServiceNow modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, or TestRail.
