Sr Quality Engineer

- Based on the working area assignment at QA, the engineer will follow the KPI to work and to meet Product quality requirements.
- Manage the quality of material to feedback to SQE team or direct to Supplier for material issue solving during Mass Production process.
- Fully understand manufacturing process, control methods, measurement and quality system for developing product FMEA/CP for each SMT/WS/Box build level.
- Manage the quality of new product transferred and developed on site. Drive the quality improvement and performance of quality systems, including management of change and notification protocols, root cause investigation, documentation and reporting and non-conforming reviewing.
- Monitor the yield and pass rate of quality for continuously improvements. Facilitate Root Cause Investigations (RCI) related to process & materials which impact on final product performance and develop mitigation strategies to prevent excursions.

• - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering.
  - 3+ years combined experience in Engineering, Quality or Continuous Improvement Engineering is required.
  - Demonstrated experience with risk tools such as FMEA’s and understanding of statistical techniques including Control Charts, Gage R&R is required.
  - Required to have proficient computer skills such as advanced Excel and Power Point use.
  - Moderate English communication skill in both writing and speaking.
  - Demonstrated experience using formal problem solving methodologies such as 8D, RCCA, QC problem solving story, 5 why, FMEA, or others. (preferred)
  - Experience working with suppliers or contract manufacturers on technical projects such as development, improvement, or problem solving related to electric material. (preferred).
  - The implementation of the IPC-610 class 2, in order to meet production requirements.
  - Participated in the training of SPC/ISO/Lean.
  - Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
