We have immediate openings for "Sr Quality Assurance Engineer " for our MNC Client located in Bangalore.

Position: "Sr Quality Assurance Engineer"

Experience: 3-6 yrs

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

1.Reaction the warranty Claim Information

• Investigate and Analyze warranty claim information and DAS information

2.Investigate and analyze warranty claim parts

• Failure analysis of warranty claim parts and establish new technical

3.Promote warranty claim countermeasure

• Review appropriate claim share rate and propose it to a customer (enter a demurrer)
• Solve quality problems of material / special process(Welding /Heat treatment) parts and promote reccurence prevention.

4.Negotiation with customer for the problem.(Sometimes to convince the customer for their failure)
