What is your role?

As a Senior Project Leader, you will lead cross-functional teams responsible for developing innovative optical connectivity solutions from customer concept through product launch and manufacturing implementation. You will oversee project execution, manage technical and business risks, align stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality expectations.

 

What will you do?

• Lead complex new product development projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, commercial teams, and customers to ensure successful project execution and alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate technical decision-making, identify project risks, and implement mitigation strategies to support on-time delivery and product success.
• Communicate project status and key milestones to stakeholders while driving accountability and collaboration across global teams.

 

What do you need to have?

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience leading Product Development or New Product Introduction (NPI/NPD) projects.
• Strong project management experience including scope, budget, schedule, resource planning, and risk management.  
• Previous experience working withing a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced English communication skills.
