Sr. Product Manager - Arm Computing (Embedded/ 林口園區)

As an ARM Computing Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing product strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle. You will drive the vision and execution of the product roadmap by leveraging your expertise in embedded systems, Arm architectures, and the Edge AI/IoT market, ensuring our products remain innovative and competitive.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap Development:
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to develop long-term product strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Design and execute the product roadmap based on market insights and emerging technologies to sustain innovation and competitive advantage.
• Cross-functional Coordination & Project Management:
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Develop project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively, ensuring timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Market Research & Customer  Analysis:
  • Monitor global trends in embedded systems, Arm computing, and Edge AI to generate actionable insights.
  • Utilize data analysis to continuously refine product features and enhance the overall user software and hardware design-in experience.
• Product Positioning & Go-to-Market Support:
  • Work with the marketing team to define the product’s positioning, value proposition, and unique differentiators.
  • Represent the product at customer meetings and industry events, effectively communicating its value and technical strengths to build the brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management or a related field, preferably with experience in embedded systems, Arm architecture, IoT, or Edge AI products.
• Strong understanding of the complete product lifecycle with excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated market insight, data analysis, and strategic planning abilities with a proven track record in making decisions in dynamic market environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to effectively support global business operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or participating in product launches involving Arm architectures, embedded platforms, or Edge AI solutions.
• Prior experience working in multinational or multicultural environments.
• A proactive approach to continuous learning and innovation, with a keen interest in emerging technologies and market trends.
