SR. Process Analysis Engineer

As a Senior Process Analysis Engineer in Micron’s Automation Development group at Taiwan Taichung, you will contribute at a high level as part of process, process integration team to improve inline and Test Yield.

You will provide ownership for issue investigation, DOE and CIP for specific materials/processes. You will also be responsible for incorporating these processes into corresponding process flow for application in high density advanced memory.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Statistical Process Control (SPC), Fault Detection and Classification (FDC), Advanced Process Control (APC or Run-to-Run), Data Analysis(DA)
• Communicate with Internal/External Groups
  Failure Analysis and correlate Defense line(DL) variation to build up knowledge database(KDB).
• Co-work with Data Intelligence (DI) for development tool for improve product quality and defense line.

Requirement:

• Over 10 years of work experience in semiconductor assembly
• 3 years experience of process integration
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Familiar data analysis software
• Conversation English with TOEIC 650 scores.
• Bachelor degree or above.
