Are you ready to shape the future of sustainable manufacturing? As our next Sr Plant Manager, you’ll drive operational excellence across multiple sites, lead high-performing teams, and champion safety, innovation, and efficiency in the glass recycling industry.

Your Impact in This Role

As a Sr Plant Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Safety First: Champion a Zero Harm culture and ensure full compliance with safety standards.
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee production, maintenance, and product management across sites.
  • Customer Focus: Deliver first-class service and quality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence tools to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Team Development: Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team, fostering talent and career progression.

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years in a leadership role in industrial manufacturing environment, glass recycling industry or a related field.
  • Decision-maker with an on-the-floor approach, and ability to develop production schedules and cost-reduction initiatives
  • High-integrity people manager with a track record of building cohesive teams and inspiring accountability
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality, and Lean Manufacturing is a strong plus
  • Willing to travel 35% (between 4 sites)
