Sr. Operations Manager - Warehouse

Lead daily warehouse and contract logistics operations, including receiving, inventory control, storage, order fulfilment, dispatch, and transportation coordination.
Support the ramp-up of a major contract logistics operation and ensure site readiness for volume growth, peak periods, and urgent operational requirements.
Manage and coach operations supervisors, team leads, warehouse clerks, and operational support staff.
Define clear work allocation, accountability, shift coverage, and escalation processes across the operations team.
Monitor operational KPIs, including productivity, inventory accuracy, service levels, safety performance, cost control, and customer requirements.
Partner with Client Services / Key Account Management to ensure service continuity, timely issue resolution, and strong customer satisfaction.
Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, or other operational excellence methods.
Ensure compliance with Korean labour, workplace safety, security, logistics, and company policy requirements.
Support workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management for the operations team.
Manage vendor and third-party provider performance, including transport providers, warehouse support, equipment handling, and other operational partners.
Prepare operational reports, forecasts, budget inputs, and productivity analysis for management review.
Identify operational risks and implement business continuity plans, escalation procedures, and corrective actions.
Support international logistics, import/export coordination, and cross-functional projects where required.
Work closely with local, regional, and customer-facing teams to align operations with company standards and service expectations.
