JOB TITLE : Senior Network Engineer

DIVISION : Network Engineering

CCNP Is Required

The Senior Network will collaborate with other team members and groups to identify and develop scalable network designs, solutions, and policy recommendations. The primary responsibility for this position is routing and switching in a Cisco enterprise environment with an emphasis on Prometric Asia operations. The environment includes multiple global call/tech support centers, data centers, satellite offices and test centers. The position requires demonstrated expertise in routing and WAN technologies with an emphasis on VPNs and MPLS.

 Support and lead implementation of Prometrics growing network infrastructure.

 Ensure continued smooth operation of the global network infrastructure

 The successful candidate will be able to switch focus and priority quickly while working efficiently implementing and documenting a superior network

 Work a rotating "On-Call" schedule outside of business hours

 Support and design wireless networks

 Work globally on a follow the sun team

 Minimum 5 years of intense experience working with Cisco routing and switching

 Proficient with LAN network design/implementation, WAN technologies with an emphasis on VPNs, OSPF and BGP routing, MPLS

 Excellent Visio documentation skills

 Experience with Checkpoint IPSO firewalls and Juniper Netscreen devices highly desirable

 Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal) in a clear and concise manner. Candidate should be able to speak to and describe network conditions at the proper level of the audience
