Senior FP&A Finance Manager (Local/On-site)

Pratt & Whitney Aero Engines International GmbH (PWAEI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of RTX and an affiliate of Pratt & Whitney, a global leader in the design, manufacture and service of advanced aircraft engines. PWAEI plays a strategic role within the International Aero Engines AG (IAE AG) Joint Venture, supporting one of the world's most successful commercial engine programs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead the Company's planning, forecasting and long-range financial planning processes.
• Deliver timely financial reporting, performance analysis and leadership insights.
• Partner with business leaders to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making.
• Develop financial models, business cases and scenario analysis to support key business decisions.
• Monitor business performance, identifying risks, opportunities and actions to improve financial results.
• Support Board reporting, corporate planning activities and Joint Venture financial governance.
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting and financial analytics.
• Partner closely with the Finance organization to ensure consistent, accurate and meaningful financial reporting.
• Support strategic projects and other initiatives led by the Finance Director.

Education/Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Professional finance or accounting qualification is preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Business Finance or Corporate Finance.
• Experience within a multinational organization; aerospace or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

This position is based in Lucerne, Switzerland. Candidates must be authorized to work in Switzerland. the company will not support immigration or relocation to Lucerne
