•4 + years of hands on experience working with non- metallic materials such as sealants, adhesives, polymers, and composite systems.
•Measurable history of results improving process, selecting materials, developing and qualifying manufacturing processes to include close collaboration with ancillary teams (e.g., machine shop, finishing, quality assurance).
•Demonstrated expertise in material property testing, ASTM standards (e.g., ASTM D638, D256) and systematic failure analysis techniques.
