11- Leverage professional expertise to enhance the efficiency of Revenue capture systems and processes, supporting organizational knowledge and skill development.
- Act as a subject matter expert, advising senior staff on complex operational issues and guiding junior colleagues on best practices and operational processes.
- Collaborate extensively with Technology teams on system enhancements, contributing to user stories, backlog prioritization, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for accurate business requirements delivery.
- Drive strategic transformation initiatives within Revenue Operations, identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and scalability across the revenue lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional peers and stakeholders to foster collaboration, align priorities, and effectively influence key business initiatives.
- Proactively identify operational challenges, recommend data-driven solutions, and take ownership to drive initiatives that enhance the effectiveness, scalability, and performance of Revenue Operations.
- All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
- An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 5+ years of experience in Revenue operations or a related field, with a strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash value chain.
- Proven hands-on experience in reporting and analytics, with the ability to work with incomplete or conflicting data and identify options in non-routine situations.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with Technology teams on release cycles, user stories, backlog management, and UAT.
- Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders across functions and levels, balancing competing priorities and driving alignment on business objectives.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or workstreams from problem identification through implementation and adoption.

- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ processes and reporting, including understanding of upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Experience supporting business transformation, process redesign, or operational improvement initiatives within a complex, matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and communicate complex information within their specialization, proactively seeking new opportunities for innovation and leveraging data-driven insights.
- Strong emotional intelligence, including the ability to bounce back from setbacks and influence peers and leadership while fostering external relationships
