Sr Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Photo Track

As a Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic, tactical planning and execution to meet the business plan within budget, this includes but not limited to short and mid-term capacity, planning, automation enablement, equipment performance continual improvement, human resources organization, management, technical and leadership development.

To achieve outstanding performance with acquired supplier engagement.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Work with area ME team to drive equipment performance continual improvements.
• Work with the Procesd Equipment Engineering/Advanced Technology Engineering ((ATE) and Industrial Engineering to assess and audit the capacity of each workstation in the strategic and tactical timeframe, identify increased throughput opportunities as well as risks to meet Cycle Time and Business Plan goals. Develop action plans to improve opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Work with Process Integration Engineering and Site Inventory Control team on new technology node and new part types line readiness matrix.
• Work with area Manufacturing Engineering/Process Equipment Engineering/ATE on area constraint management/improvements (dynamic constraints).
• Work with vendors (tool, parts) for continuous equipment improvement and tool down scheduling.
• Work with central team to introduce BKM from network, deploy Best known method to network.
• Work closely with other departments to meet the needs of the Fab and build strong peer relationships.
• Develop organization resource plans, training plans and business processes within organization operation to meet Business Plan.
• Promote TPM activity for baseline improvement of area.
• Promote global inclusion activity for team members.
• Contribute ME cross area organization projects.

• BS or equivalent experience
• Photo Equipment or Process background
• Communication skill to get TMs motivated
• Team building ability for TM engagement
• Language skill Japanese or English
