Maximus is currently hiring for a Sr. Implementation Project Manager to support our NYS Thruway team. The Sr. Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading the tolling and contact center project implementation from contract signing through post go-live support. Previous experience leading government contract implementations within contact center and tolling systems is necessary for consideration. This position is contingent upon award and will be fully onsite within New York State. Relocation assistance is provided.
