Mandatory Skills – Process design and development experience, 3+ years of IBM BPM experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in IBM BPM technology

• Very strong BPM UI development skills including Javascript/dojo/jQuery (both coach views and heritage coaches)

• Experience with various versions of BPM or heritage coaches in newer versions

• Experience with database integration and SQL, able to write complex queries

• Detailed experience in integrating external systems with IBM BPM

• Experience consuming soap web services (XML, XSL)

• Experience with agile scrum methodology

• Strong hands-on development experience in IBM BPM 7.x/8.x for at least 2-3 years

• Need to be able to code hands-on in Java atleast some basics.

• Having IBM BPM configuration skills will be an added advantage

• Should have good communication skills and should be able to directly interact with the customer

Roles:

• Working with SME’s/SAs on Business requirements

• Preparing High Level and Low level design document

• Design, develop, and test complex integration solution based on IBM BPM

• Deep understanding of work flow and business impact

• Assess feasibility and ramifications of new business requirements; design appropriate solutions and recommend alternative approaches when necessary.

• Coordinating with onshore, offshore and responsible for status updates.
