Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise server product sales and technical closing through proactive pre-sales engagement, product value demonstrations, and strategic technical promotions
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex board-level hardware failures, power distribution anomalies, and signal integrity issues in high-density data center environments.
• Lead the deployment, environmental testing, and stability maintenance of advanced data center cooling technologies, including Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) and Immersion Cooling.
• Act as a critical technical interface to closely collaborate with global HQ R&D teams and key local partners (DSNG) to drive root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver pre-sales technical consultations, architecture configurations, and system recommendations tailored to major Korean enterprise client requirements.
• Take immediate ownership of technical field delivery and technical support for the Hyundai Motor Company AI project, while providing high-level consultations and tailored architecture recommendations for other major Korean enterprise clients.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven hands-on experience in electronics hardware design, system integration, or enterprise system-level troubleshooting.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in hardware/firmware debugging (BIOS/BMC) and Linux CLI environments (Ubuntu, Rocky). Deep understanding of hardware electronics, power distribution units, thermal boundaries, and liquid cooling loop infrastructures.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate cross-functional requirements and manage high-pressure client relationships.
• Language: Fluent in Korean, with professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) for seamless daily technical collaboration with global headquarters.
