Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design and development of hydraulic and mechanical systems equipment. You will drive new product development and continuous improvement initiatives to meet performance, efficiency, quality, and cost goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and detail mechanical systems and subsystems for new products and improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to define, develop, and validate products.
• Lead design reviews and risk assessments (DFMEA) to ensure quality and safety.
• Propose innovative design solutions and process improvements.
• Manage multiple projects to meet performance, quality, and financial targets.
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing and resolve production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and improve manufacturability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong mechanical design experience with structural components and hydraulics for off-road machinery.
• Proficient in CAD tools (Autodesk Inventor preferred) and MS Office.
• Excellent project leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for field visits and testing.
• Self-starter with hands-on aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
