Sr Data Analyst, Enrollment Research and Data Analytics (Remote)

Molina Healthcare is hiring for a Sr Data Analyst, Enrollment Research and Data Analytics. This role is a Senior Data Analyst on our Research & Analytics team that supports enrollment operations. We work with member and enrollment data across lines of business like Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, and Duals. Our main job is to analyze data issues, fix data when needed, and build reporting and dashboards that help our operations teams run smoothly. Ultimately, our work ensures members have accurate coverage and maintain compliance with CMS/state regulations. Highly qualified candidates will have the following- - Advanced SQL, Power BI, SSRS, Azure Databricks, - Enrollment experience - Eligibility and member data experience, EDI transactions (834) experience - Python, and R are a plus as well.
