Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the complete product life cycle of blade server and storage chassis products, from product conception, specification development, project scheduling, prototyping, and tooling to mass production, product support, maintenance, and end-of-life (EOL) management.

2. Skilled 3D Creo and AutoCAD, and able to use TA analysis.

3. Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to review product specifications and chassis designs, including mechanical, thermal, and system architecture aspects, to deliver competitive, high-quality server chassis products.

4. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches and on-time delivery.

5. Work closely with overseas vendors on server chassis product design and development, design reviews, chassis component tooling fabrication, production ramp-up, and manufacturing setup.

6. Work with internal teams to support the launch and promotion of new chassis products.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in the server, storage, or mechanical engineering industry is preferred.

2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering-related field, including Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Engineering.

3. Have experience in server chassis product development, including mechanical, thermal, and system design.

4. Strong communication skills and cross-functional leadership skills.

5. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively within diverse, cross-functional teams.

6. The candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and thrive in an advanced product development process.
