Sr. Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role is tasked with assisting the product owner with gathering analyzing, benchmarking, documenting and validating business requirements while adopting the agile methodology of work.  The BA interacts with different stakeholders to solve business challenges.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• In charge of documenting business requirements, creating user stories and workflow diagrams.

• Assisting the squad with reviewing user testing scenarios and contributing to the UAT test cycle.
• Complies with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) requirements & deadlines.
• Prepare material (such as user test guides) in order to facilitate user experience and insight testing with customers.

• Deals with stakeholders for processing of business requirements:

• Control Functions (Compliance, Risk, ISO ..etc.)
• IT
• Operations
• Vendors (Front end, Backend)
• Able to work in agile approach and participates in agile ceremonies.
• Able to adapt changes to business requirements when needed.
• Able to take comprehensive notes during meetings, create action items and follow up with various stakeholders in order to ensure completion.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• University Graduate preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Computer Science (or other technical related field).
