Sr Business Analyst

At Lalamove, we're looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to partner directly with our Managing Director and cross-functional leaders to shape the future of our business in Mexico.

What you'll do:

• Analyze business performance and transform data into actionable insights.
• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from idea to execution.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to drive business growth.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and performance models that influence key decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, optimize processes, and accelerate growth.
• Conduct market research and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

We're looking for someone with:

• 3–4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Management Consulting, Finance,  Project Management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, SQL, Python, R, or BI tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong communication skills in English
