POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role is part of Alcon's Supply Chain function, a team that manages the logistics, inventory management, and supply chain analytics for Alcon's industry leading products to ensure products are delivered efficiently and effectively so that people can see brilliantly. The Sr. Associate, Logistics & Freight Management (Professional Path), is primarily responsible for managing transportation, shipments, and freight forwarding while ensuring customs compliance. You will supervise third-party vendors, support distribution strategy development, and perform specialized tasks to optimize outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct freight booking with forwarders and optimize the process

• Use TMS to plan freight and achieve cost & efficiency improvement

• Set and monitor operational KPI

• Work with service providers and ensure smooth logistics operations

• Fully utilize the technologies to achieve our target

• Work with stakeholders and solve exceptions

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor’s degree and above.

• Fluently read, write, and communicate in English. Mandarin is a plus.

• Logistics operations, analytical mindset, technology savvy.

• Accountable and dedicated team player.

• Keen on work and talk based on data & fact.

• Above 3 years of relevant experience.

• SAP, Excel, dashboard.
