Job Title: Sr Associate, M&A

Xpand, a Linville Team Partners company, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their M&A team. This position will play a role in business development and mandate oversight on our buy-side advisory team. This role will be the face of Xpand to strategic buyers; originating, presenting, and negotiating opportunities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

·       Business development via phone calls, emails and text to business owners in key markets

·       Manage buy-side mandate relationships within 1-2 industries

·       Communicate with internal and external teams on their deal pipelines

·       Effectively manage and lead direct report(s)

·       Review markets across the country utilizing various research tools

·       Execute and manage prospecting campaigns

·       Gather due diligence information from business owners

Candidate Requirements:

·       2+ years of experience in business development, corporate development, buy-side investment banking or private equity

·       Persistent, resourceful, self-motivated, and personable

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Highly organized with the ability to efficiently and accurately manage multiple projects

This is a full-time position based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina or Columbus, Ohio.
