Sr Assoc, Accounts Payable

Role Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, extend, block and unblock Customer, Vendor and Business Partner master records based on approved requests.
• Process workflow-based requests through tools such as ServiceNow, MDG and other authorized channels.
• Maintain master data in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, BAAN, JDE or similar ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Business, Finance, Credit, Procurement, AP, Sales and other stakeholders for approvals and issue resolution.

Role Purpose:

• We are looking for an MDM Level 2 Analyst to support end-to-end Master Data Management activities across Customer, Vendor and Business Partner domains
• The role is responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, compliant, and timely processing of master data requests in line with governance standards, business rules and service level agreements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in data validation, reconciliation, workflow management, compliance controls and master data governance.
• Any graduate (Added advantage with bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Finance, Information Systems, Supply Chain or a related discipline).
• 3–7 years of experience in Master Data Management, Shared Services Operations, ERP Data Maintenance, or Business Process Operations.
