Job Description Summary

Work with a collaborative team at UberWins Studio to help bring our games to life with exceptional animations for Class III games. Provide and incorporate feedback in a positive manner and push the boundaries to deliver engaging visuals for every player to enjoy. Create top quality FX and particle animations for the best games in the industry. Be passionate about making great games and inspire creative excellence.   

Team and its function.

• You will be handling animations tasks back in India and later would be part of a small team responsible for building and maintaining creations.
• You are expected to be responsive to remote direction and responsible for making changes as requested in a timely manner.
• You would be adding value to all aspects of the creative production pipeline from concept through pre-production, production till post-production.
• You will play a key role in providing consistent high-quality Animations on innovative gaming products as briefed and directed from Chief Concept creator & Art Director. Conceptualize new animations in accordance with animation brief.

• Create high quality game assets that are both effective and aesthetically pleasing.
• Find creative visual solutions to unique problems.
• Flexible and adapt to changes quickly and easily.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques.
• Deliver files with the correct technical requirements.
• Creative excellence – Evaluate and contribute to the ongoing development of the production pipeline, modifying existing assets and designing new ones.
• Work effectively and efficiently with the art team, technical artists, game designers, and engineers.
• Maintain excellent file organization and follow established processes for asset creation & management, and output configuration.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Demo Reel Required
• Associates Degree or vocational certification preferred
• Experience in a production environment collaborating with development teams
• Self-driven, ability to work independently and be team-oriented
• Proficient in After Effects and Photoshop
• A good eye for design, composition, motion and timing
• Knowledge of storyboarding and video production
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to give and receive constructive art feedback
• Strong time management and communication skills
