Sr. Application Developer

Working with companies and organizations ranging from start-ups to enterprise-level corporations, we partner with our clients to help define recommendations that will help them attract, grow and retain top talent and teams.

Our NYC client is looking for an experienced web developer with Javascript and Framework experience to join their team. Experience working with a Startup or small company is preferred, but not required.

What you will do:

• Expert knowledge in JavaScript, CSS (Less/SASS) and HTML
• Experience working with modern web frameworks like React.js, AngularJS, Ember.js, etc.
• Experience with templating languages like Jinja or Django templates is a plus.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility.
• Understanding of best practices for page speed and performance.
• A good understanding of prototype inheritance, and the ability to solve problems with the correct abstractions.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.

What you need to be successful:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
• Experience developing modern front-end applications.
