Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee financial

planning, reporting, and compliance. The role involves managing day-to-day financial

operations while providing insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, invoicing, and reconciliations

● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

● Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

● Monitor cash flow and ensure effective fund management

● Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxes, and audits

● Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders

● Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to leadership

● Manage payroll processing and expense tracking

● Improve financial processes and implement cost-control measures

Required Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA preferred)

● 4–6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance

● Proficiency in accounting tools and MS Excel

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
