SQL Data Analyst (Financial/Trade)

We are looking for an experienced SQL Data Analyst to support our US partner cllent. The day-to-day tasks will primarily involve pulling and analyzing reports on large data sets.

• Assist in data validation, reporting, and analytics to support business operations
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
• Generate and automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track key metrics
• Provide insights by identifying patterns and trends in data
• Troubleshoot and support SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) workflows for data import/export processes
• Assist in ad hoc data requests to support decision-making
• Maintain and enhance SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports and Excel-based reporting

• 2+ years of experience in SQL query writing and data reporting
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL for querying and data manipulation
• Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data transfers and transformations
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or similar reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and flag data trends or inconsistencies
• Recent experience working in the graveyard shift Flexibility to work US business hours and use of time-tracking tool (Hubstaff)

• Experience with c# programming 
• Experience working in a Microsoft-based data environment
• Exposure to Visual Studio for SSIS workflows
• Background in financial or trade data (preferred but not required)
• Prior experience providing backup support for SQL processes
