Bartender - Sports Bar

We are seeking an experienced Bartender for our Sports Bar, Bonnie and Clyde's.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner

- Engage with guests, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their overall experience

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours

This is a full time position

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a high volume hotel bar or full service restaurant 

- Knowledge of a wide range of beverages, including craft beers, cocktails, and spirits

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- Valid TABC and Food Handlers certification
