Fleetwood Post Acute is a 103-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina, and just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro.   • Degree in associated field of practice
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • License to practice in South Carolina
  • Experience in a long-term care setting is helpful
