Job Description Summary

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, collaborative, creative speech-language pathologists and SLP assistants to join our dedicated therapy team in St. Thomas clinic. We are a neurodiversity affirming practice that believes in building on children's strengths to facilitate development through child-led therapy practices.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment for children from birth to 21 with a wide range of special needs including but not limited to: autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, neurological disorders, Down Syndrome, visual motor difficulties, learning disabilities, language processing disorders, and physical impairments. Providing services in clinic and community settings.
• Enthusiastic collaboration with families, JST inter-disciplinary team, school staff, and other service providers. Educating families and the community on ways they can help support children to reach their potential.
• Effective communication for optimizing the therapy experience for clients and our team. Timely and efficient documentation of interventions provided and recommendations for families.
• Active contributions to improving clinic programs, community outreach, and professional development.
