Open Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Conduct evaluations and develop customized, person-centered treatment plans

• Deliver therapy services to address speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

• Document progress, reassess treatment goals, and support discharge planning

Qualifications:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license (Required)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) considered

• Previous SNF or post-acute care experience preferred

• Strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a passion for improving lives
