Pay: Competitive from $45-$50/hr, DOE

North Pointe Care Center is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team. We specialize in dementia and Alzheimer’s care, and are proud to offer innovative programs such as Sensory Integration Therapy to support our residents’ quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and provide therapy for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to achieve optimal outcomes

• Implement individualized care plans that support functional independence and quality of life

• Document treatment and progress in accordance with state and federal standards

• Educate residents, families, and staff on therapy techniques and goals

Qualifications

• Current California Speech Language Pathology license

• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

• Team-oriented, compassionate, and resident-focused

• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (new grads welcome)
