Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time

Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. This is a full‑time opportunity in a skilled nursing / post‑acute care setting, providing high‑quality therapy services to our residents.
Position Details

Schedule: Full Time
Compensation: Starting at $45/hour and up, DOE (Depending on Experience)
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long‑Term Care

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive‑communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals
Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, nursing staff, and physicians
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and strategies
Maintain productivity and quality standards while delivering patient‑centered care

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
Current state SLP license (or eligibility)
CCC‑SLP preferred, but CFY candidates welcome to apply
Experience in a skilled nursing or post‑acute setting preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
