Requirements

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.
• Guide and educate clients and their families on effective communication strategies.
• Work hand-in-hand with other healthcare professionals for integrated care.
• Keep track of client progress and maintain accurate records.

What You’ll Need:

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state licensure in Michigan.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a clinical or home health setting is a plus!
• A caring, compassionate approach to client care.
