Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLPs) to join our team at our community partner Charter School located in NE Philadelphia. Our SLPs provide vital support and services to children in a variety of settings, including our Early Intervention Classrooms, Approved Private School Preschool Classrooms, charter schools, and community-based programs.

SLPs at Easterseals play a key role in:

  • Evaluating students and identifying communication needs.

  • Developing IEP goals that support growth and meaningful progress.

  • Collaborating and consulting with educational staff, therapeutic professionals, and families to ensure consistent support across environments.

  • Providing direct therapy services to students in alignment with best practices and individualized needs.

Open positions may include:

  • One or multiple service settings (center-based and/or itinerant).

  • Flexible schedules: year-round calendar or school-year calendar with a summer program.

  • Full-time or part-time opportunities depending on program needs.

At Easterseals, you’ll join a mission-driven team that believes in the power of early intervention and inclusive education to change lives.

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates can be considered.
  • Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist License required; if CF, provisional PA license applies.
  • PDE certification required in most instances.
  • Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania is a 501(c)(3) organization for public service loan forgiveness eligibility purposes.
