Job Description:

DAS PACKST DU AN

• Du wickelst die Import-Fracht ab.
• Du erledigst die Auftragsannahme und Sendungserfassung im Speditionssystem.
• Du übernimmst alle Arten von Zollabfertigungen.
• Du verantwortest die Sendungsorganisation und Disposition.
• Du regelst sendungsbezogene Kommunikation mit Kunden, Dienstleistungsunternehmen sowie Abgangsstationen.
• Du unterstützt das Qualitätsmanagement.
• Du sorgst für rechtzeitige Vorbereitung und termingerechte Versandabwicklung.

DAS MACHT DICH STARK

• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Import Luftfracht
• Grundkenntnisse im Bereich der Zollabfertigung
• Dakosy-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Eigeninitiative
• Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
• Kenntnisse in MS Office
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
