Ihre Aufgabe:

• Umfassende Exportabfertigung
• Zollabwicklung über ATLAS (Erstellung von Ausfuhranmeldungen)
• Erstellung bzw. Einholung aller für den Export notwendigen Unterlagen
• Fakturierung
• Allgemeine Kundenbetreuung
• Annahme der Kundenaufträge
• Organisation der Transporte / Abholungen
• Erstellung und Versand von Transportaufträgen / Buchungsbestätigungen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von länderspezifischen und konzernseitigen Vorgaben
• Anfertigung und Versand der kompletten auftragsbezogenen Dokumentation
• Weltweite Kommunikation in englischer Sprache

Ihr Profil:

• Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
• oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation vorweisen können
• Mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Luftfracht
• Gültige Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung
• Gültige Luftsicherheitsschulung 11.2.3.9
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Luftfracht
• Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Word und Excel)
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Exportkontrolle (AWG, AWV, EG-VO, EAR) wünschenswert
• DGR-Zertifikate ADR, PK4/5 oder PK6 wünschenswert
• Selbstständiges Arbeiten
• Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Kundenorientierung, Einsatzbereitschaft
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein
