Specialist Wafer Test Planning

Responsible for IFX in-house wafer test capacity planning and ramp readiness

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Responsible for IFX in-house wafer test capacity planning and ramp readiness
• Ensure that the planning premises in the system match the actual ones
• Drive capacity optimization among front-end sites, taking into account capacity corridor constraints and financial factors (e.g., idle costs),to achieve optimal results
• Manage supply escalation (focus on PP), drive actions to optimize short-term capacity usage in Wafer Test
• Ensure smooth coordination with Site Planning, Operation, TTI and Finance team in order to prepare and support further ramp
• Identify most critical issues and escalate to next level if required

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or similar
• At least 2 years of experience working in the semiconductor industry
• Knowledge of Pre-Assembly and Wafer Test operations, Logistics and Materials Planning
• Effective writing and communicate skills and able to interact with all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software such as Word, Excel & PowerPoint
