Job Description:

The Specialist, Ticketing Services is responsible for the development and implementation of product offerings within Hong Kong Disneyland's ticketing system, Galaxy, supporting a wide range of business initiatives across ticketing, F&B, merchandise, hotel and special experiences. This role serves as a subject matter expert on ticketing system and its related sales ecosystem, leveraging extensive knowledge of multiple sales channels, product offerings and integrated systems to deliver accurate, innovative and seamless solutions that enhance both business performance and Guest experience. The position also plays an integral role in driving process improvements and supporting the successful launch of new products across the resort.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the product development related to ticketing system including but not limited to ticket codes (PLU), access control, access calendar, prices, discount, sales programs, etc.

• Be the advisor to other relevant teams on the transaction flows in ticketing platform and the related systems/platforms

• Develop the transaction process flow related to ticketing system to ensure accuracy and efficiency and manage the user experience on the user menu

• Be the subject matter expert Trainer to all internal users and prepare the training materials

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Tourism, or other related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Experienced in the theme park operations is advantageous

• Knowledge in Galaxy, Opera, and Business Objects (BO) are required.

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, controls and process governance.

• Self-motivated, adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Specialist, Ticketing Services.
