Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, access control systems, and building management systems in real time
• Respond promptly to security breaches, unauthorized access, or emergency situations by notifying the appropriate authorities or on-site security
• Record and document all incidents and activities in the control center logbook/system
• Coordinate with security guards, facilities teams, and external emergency services during incidents
• Track and monitor visitor access, contractor movements, and staff badge activity
• Conduct daily system checks to ensure all security equipment is fully operational
• Report and escalate any anomalies, equipment failures, or suspicious activity

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Security Management, IT, or a related field (depending on role level)
• 1–3 years in a security control room, command center, SOC, or surveillance operations
• Certifications (preferred, not always required):
  • Security license / SKKM / Certified Security Professional
