This role is responsible for steering the new product development process from ideation to product commercialization while balancing strategic, operational, and financial considerations.

• Conduct assessment and research to ascertain and clarify product briefs and customers’ need.
• Ascertain business case for the briefs, including revenue projection, timeline launches, preparing costing and verify profitability (margin level) of the new products, working with Commercial team.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including I&D, Commercial, Finance and Manufacturing.
• Coordinate with Sourcing and Supply & Logistics to develop and execute sourcing, purchasing and production planning strategies to secure OTQIF production.
• Continuously assess and improve the NPD process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate innovative practices into new product development process.
