Specialist, Point of Care

The POC Specialist is accountable for the accuracy and reliability of all laboratory testing provided by Point of Care staff (nurses, perfusionists, ED physicians, clinics, Respiratory Therapy, etc.) within the Hospital system. The supervisor assists hospital directors and managers by advising on supervision of staff performing POC testing. Location: Bayshore Medical and Ocean University Medical Center Work Schedule: M-F (40 hrs.) 8AM - 5PM Pay Range: $66,550 - $98,000/ year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
