Specialist Payroll Services

Responsible for the data maintenance in the payroll system for the information related to payroll.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Calculate the resignee’s final payment including any outstanding entitlement and deduction.
• IR21 tax clearance submission for the foreigner leaver in accordance with tax regulation.
• Manage and administer the time attendance systems, including updates the schedules, overtime records correction.
• Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes the time attendance report.
• Responsible in handling employee's payroll related query through ticketing system on time.
• Maintaining payroll operations in accordance with policies and procedures, and recommend changes and improvement.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
• Minimum 1 years in human resources (HR) with at least 1 years in payroll administration field/ Minimum 10 years job experience for employees with diploma.
• Good knowledge about HR processes and HR IT System.
• Able to work in a tight timeline.
• Advantage with Singapore Payroll experiences.
