The billing department is responsible for issuing invoices to all FactSet clients on a timely basis. The department maintains client contact records and pricing. The group responds to requests from sales and external clients via email and phone.
Responsibilities:
- Creation of invoices on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Processing credit notes, billing disputes, billing adjustments, new billing (NRR & ASV) as needed
- Interacting with clients on billing disputes, changes of legal entities, billing address, VAT, purchase orders
- Cash application and internal transfers
- Aging/Collections
- Preparing and consolidating monthly billing reports
- Supporting account managers and project management team on specific billing information
Required Skills:
- Completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or related fields
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Customer service working with internal & external clients
- Experience in billing is highly preferred
- High attention to detail for invoice/billing accuracy
- Proactive work style
- Completing tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel to analyze data
Highly Desired Skills:
- Experience in working with accounting systems, preferably Sage
