We are now looking for a Specialist, Order Management to join our team in UPM Business HUB Poland in Wrocław.

What you will do 

• Provide high-quality and efficient quotes and order management to ensure smooth production, delivery & billing processes

• Enable accurate and timely recording, processing and confirmation of orders

• Supporting implementation of effective and efficient order management ways of working

• Check orders for plausibility and completeness and assuring appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies and service offering

• Carry out related processes such as Materials & Package Material master data

• Ensure troubleshooting in order processes

• Support internal projects and actively participate in the implementation of future ways of working

• Support continuous improvement of work processes

• Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficient order management processes

Who you are 

• You have a relevant university degree or at least 2 years business experience in customer service or order processing

• You have a good knowledge of Order Management tools (e.g. SAP)

• You are coordinating and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders

• You are a team player and good networker

• You are solution-oriented and customer-focused in your approach to delivering results

• You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum C1 level required). Proficiency in additional European languages will be considered an asset.

Additional information

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work from home with regular on-site collaboration in Wrocław.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Order Management.
